FRAUD ALERT: Members are experiencing attempted scams. Be vigilant when contacted by anyone wanting your banking information. This includes card numbers, home banking credentials, social security numbers, etc. Keep your PINS and passwords private. Stop and think twice before clicking on a link or responding to an unsolicited text or email, especially if it mentions a problem, a prize or threatens to end service or close an account. Phone numbers are being spoofed. If you receive a call and the caller ID shows RTP Credit Union it may not be us. If the caller is asking invasive questions, hang up and immediately call the credit union. RTP CU will never initiate a phone call, text or email asking for your home banking password or credit card numbers. Please be cautious. If you are in doubt, please contact the credit union immediately.
