Are you prepared for the unexpected? Take just 45-minutes to make sure your family is protected. An attorney from Smith Debnam Attorneys at Law will be on-site at our Davis Drive branch to prepare wills and other estate planning documents for members. A 20-minute follow-up appointment for a few weeks later will be scheduled at your initial meeting. Professional fees will be collected at the close of the first appointment.

2026 Wills Day Pricing
Wills - Basic Package*	$600 for individual, $775 for couples
Wills - Premium Package*	$700 for individual, $975 for couples
Power of Attorney	$225 for individual, $375 for two

Living Wills	$175 for individual each when not part of a package, $275 for two
Basic Package: Includes basic Will(s). Included within the Will Testamentary Trusts for minor or permanently impaired persons and guardian designation, if needed. Basic Package for couples: Includes basic Will(s). Included within the Will Testamentary Trusts for minor or permanently impaired persons and guardian designation, if needed. Premium Package: Includes basic Will(s). Included with the Will Testamentary Trusts for minor or permanently impaired persons and guardian designation, if needed. Financial/Healthcare Power of Attorney(s) and Living Wills Premium Package for couples: Includes two Wills. Included with the Will Testamentary Trusts for minor or permanently impaired persons and guardian designation, if needed. Financial/Healthcare Power of Attorney(s) and Living Wills A "Special Needs Trust" for a permanently impaired beneficiary can be included wihin a Will if needed for an additional cost which will be quoted separately.
