Fraud Scout: A New Level of Protection from Visa®

We are very excited to introduce a new fraud detection service, Fraud Scout. Fraud Scout is a 24/7/365 automated service provided by OneBridge, which adds another layer of protection, designed to contact our Visa® cardholders when there is suspicious authorization activity on their account. In the event of a suspicious Visa® Credit or Debit transaction, Fraud Scout will initiate a call to the cardholder in an effort to confirm the transaction.

By contacting the cardholder within seconds, the risk of authorization of further fraudulent transactions on your account is drastically reduced. If you receive one of these calls you will be prompted to verify your identity and to validate the transaction in question. If you are unable to validate the transaction, you will be able to cancel the card so no further activity will be permitted on the card.
